Blogging feels like the right social media for me. I like to write. I like to read what others have to say/think/feel. I like the connection with ideas and perspectives that differ from my own.
What else can I tell you about me? I spend much of my time reading. While I always say that I simply must read more classic literature, I usually curl up with a mystery. My usual creative outlet is jewelry design. ( valeriecheski.etsy.com ) You’ll probably see a photo or two with links and such – I promise to keep that to a minimum. I do enjoy art classes and hope to take a few more in the future. Oh yes… and cooking. Cooking has become a wonderful outlet.
One last thing, I think everyone needs to love, and be loved by, a dachshund. Or two. Okay any dog. (cat allergies. )
